What an amazing way to take in the sights of Washington DC! To begin ... when I contacted Nonpartisan pedicab I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert Hart the owner. He was so gracious, helpful and patient with all of my questions. He took time to explain everything. When we decided to book our tour, Robert made us feel that our tour was his highest priority. He reserved our tour with our guide Kevin Bonner. The day of the tour, Kevin met us and instantly we knew we were in the best of care. Kevin was so knowledgeable of everything we were seeing yet took time to listen and answer our questions as we went. The tour was flexible allowing us to get off and spend extra time at sites that were the most important to us. The absolute best part is this experience was a blessing for my sister and I as our 91-year-old mom was with us. Robert arranged for a transport chair to be available for us and each time we got off, Kevin our guide would load the transport chair on and off for my mom to use. This tour felt private and personalized and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Robert and Kevin. I still am amazed at their physical condition to be able to talk and pedal for six hours. We were planning to tour for four hours but enjoyed it so much, we went an additional two hours. This tour experience is 5+++++stars! Thank you Robert and Kevin!

I took my mom to DC for her 70th birthday and this tour made all the difference! She loved it, as did I. Robert was kind and very knowledgeable of all of the monuments, memorials, and DC in general. My mom has issues with her knees, and Robert took extra care to ensure that she was comfortable and able to get in and out of the pedicab without issue. The tour itself was exactly what we wanted. It didn't feel rushed. I think I snagged him a customer or two for the next day because people saw us getting out and my mom's cane and asked questions and I gushed about our experience. He even took great photos of us. My only regret is that it took me so long to write this review!

Our pedicab tour of Washington DC was so great because our tour guide, Robert, gave an insightful and personable look of Washington DC. If you have disability issues like me, Robert was so gracious to attach a mobility wheelchair which I utilized to visit the Lincoln Memorial. I highly recommend his services because you will be satisfied especially if you are history buff.

See the sights in comfort with a personal guide! No better way to see our nation’s capital. Our family of 8 took 3 pedicabs and we had such a great time. Don, John and Kevin are great guides and amazing people. We are glad to have met them! Thank you Robert!

Great experience and easy booking at the last minute. Barry was great and so entertaining, our kids (5 and 8) loved his stories and were never bored. Would recommend as a way to get around DC and hear some cool stories!

Five stars is not enough! My wife and two kids absolutely love the tour. We were picked up at the hotel and went to all the monuments surrounding the mall, We even hit the White House before making our way back to the hotel! I think we went for over three hours and it was an absolute blast! The information that was shared during the tour was extremely informative and made the experience very memorable! It’s such a fun way to see all the monuments, especially at night!

Wow! We had a great time with Robert, he taught us so much about DC and its history. Also listened to exactly what we wanted to do and see. Excellent communication, punctuality, and transparent about fees with easy payment options. 100% would recommend for your national mall tour!
