You have many options for parking at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum. Either park on Madison Drive. Or else try the commerical parking at the Ronald Reagan Building nearby. Probably your best bet is to include a visit to the museum at the start or finish of a private tour by Nonpartisan Pedicab.

Handicapped Access Tours of Washington DC

Handicap parking at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum is available on Madison Drive. Happily, a new wheelchair accessible ramp has now been opened at this entrance. There is also a wheelchair accessible ramp on the Constitution Avenue side of the building, but there is no parking here.
