What happens if I (the customer) am running late?
Please call/text me at 703 231 9882 and let me know. If you are unable to contact me (i.e. riding the Metro), I will wait 15-30 minutes for you before I leave. In general, you must pay me starting from the agreed upon meeting time unless you have let me know in advance.Read More
Does the pedicab have a canopy to ward off the rain/sun?
Yes. I leave the canopy open on the sides for better viewing. In case of rain, the sides come down and I have a plastic rain cover that can keep you entirely dry with a good clear view.Read More
What is your cancellation policy?
Recently, we have not been requiring a deposit. But we do reserve the right to do so. In that case, with 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
